1、摘要本文主要将磨细钢渣粉、粉煤灰及硅灰按照不同形式的组合,形成满足复合型混凝土使用要求的掺和料;研究结果对实现矿物掺和料的产品化、降低混凝土生产成本、减少工业废渣对环境的污染具有一定的价值。以掺复合型掺和料的水泥胶砂强度、耐久性和微观分析为主要试验内容,研究了掺复合型掺和料的水泥胶砂的抗折抗压强度、抗碳化性能和抗冻融性能的规律和孔径分布、微观结构组成等,并与纯水泥胶砂各项性能进行比较,通过实验室试验,得出以下结论:(1)在适当的水胶比时,掺磨细钢渣粉35%、掺优质粉煤灰27.5%、掺硅灰2%~11%、掺钢渣粉硅灰40%、掺钢渣粉与粉煤灰40%、掺粉煤灰与硅
2、灰70%及三掺复合掺和料40%时的水泥胶砂都具有良好流动性,抗折抗压强度都满足42.5级水泥的要求。(2)研究了掺复合型掺和料的水泥胶砂抗碳化和抗冻融等耐久性。发现双掺、三掺掺和料的水泥胶砂抗冻等级能达到150级;28天碳化深度,除复掺钢渣粉与粉煤灰的掺和料的水泥胶砂大于20ram,其他各种情况下都小于20mm。(3)通过压汞试验和扫描电镜检测,得到了掺复合型掺和料的水泥胶砂的孔径分布和微观结构组成。(4)根据掺复合型掺和料的水泥胶砂力学性能、耐久性和微观结构组成分析结果,提出复合型矿物掺和料的配制。关键词:矿物掺和料;配制;胶砂强度;胶砂耐久性;微观分析
