1、摘要摘要随着电力电子技术的不断发展,对大功率、高性能的开关电源也要求越来越高。功率因数校正(PFC)技术是当前电力电子技术研究的热点问题。对用电设备的各项性能指标要求的不断提高,使有源功率因数校正技术成为解决这些问题的根本途径。本文从开关变换器的基本拓扑结构出发,寻找简单和方便的控制方式。根据正向输出的Buck—Boost变换器工作的基本原理,提出了一种新的功率因数校正电路结构,给出了相应的控制方法,并对其进行了仿真。该电路能够利用电压跟随的方式实现PFC。由于该电路能够实现降压输出,因而降低了对所有功率开关管的耐压要求,有利于提高变
2、换器的转换效率和降低成本。同时对一种最新的临界断续导电模式(D例Boundary)的有源功率因数校正(APFC)控制器MC34262做了分析和研究。分析了其主要特点,并重点讨论了其应用电路的设计过程。在高功率因数的基础上,其8个管脚的简单封装和较少的外围器件,又大大降低了功率因数校正(PFC)变换器电路的设计成本。本文还分析了功率因数校正技术的热点问题和发展方向,为今后的研究打下良好的基础。【关键词】功率因数校正,控制,仿真,有源功率因数校正AbstractWiththedevelopmentofPowerElectronics,th
