1、上海交通大学硕士学位论文高速线材轧机油膜轴承油的国产化研究姓名:张弓申请学位级别:硕士专业:车辆工程指导教师:何维廉20050101上海交通大学硕士学位论文摘要摘要冶金工业使用的高速线材轧机机械传动复杂精度高速度快其循环润滑系统(包括轴承齿轮等)需要专用的润滑油长期以来轧机油膜轴承油一直依赖进口不仅价格昂贵而且供货周期长制约了冶金工业的发展国内有关油品公司近年来做了不少相关润滑油的研制工作并取得了一定的成果为了更好的满足高线轧机油膜轴承的润滑要求延长其使用寿命研制新型高质量的专用油膜轴承油本文介绍了高速线材轧机油膜轴承油的研制过程主要包括高速线材轧机油膜
2、轴承油基础油的研制添加剂配方的筛选先从理论上进行了论述确定最佳配方后以较充分的实验数据进行了验证研制了国产高线轧机油膜轴承油经过与进口油性能对比试验实验室模拟台架试验工业应用试验结果表明该油品具有优良的抗磨性抗乳化性抗氧化性和防锈抗腐性能其性能达到了美钢136规格要求产品质量与进口油品相当可以替代进口油品实践证明该国产化项目技术路线可行程序严谨取得了良好的经济及社会效益关键词油膜轴承油抗磨性抗乳化性国产化I上海交通大学硕士学位论文ABSTRACTABSTRACTThedrivemechanismofthehigh-speedwirerollingmill
