3、dicnerveCCIweretreatedbyFA;theratswithischiadicnerveCCIwereingroupB;IngroupC,theratswithshameoperationweretreatedbyFA;theratswithshameoperationwereingroupD.TherightischiadicnerveofratsinCCIgroupweredeligated,whiletheischiadicnerveofratsintheshamoperationgroupwereo
4、nlyexplored.Atthe15thdaypost-operation,5mg/KgFAweregiventoAandCgroupsbutnothingtocontrolgroupandthepainthresholdweremeasured.Theratsweresacrificedafter6hoursofadministrationtoacquirethethespinalcord.Thenthesampleswereundertakenimmunohistochemistry,immunofluorescen
5、ceandRT-PCRdetectionofSPandNK1-R.Moreover,histomorphometrywereusedtoquantifythedata.AlltheresultswerestatisticallyanalyzedbySPSS11.0software.Apvaluelessthan0.05wasconsideredstatisticallysignificant.Result:TheratsgothigherpainthresholdingroupAthaningroupB.Therewass
6、ignificantdifferencebetweenthesetwogroups.NosignificantdifferencewasfoundbetweengroupCandgroupDintermofthepainthreshold.Immunohistochemistry,immunofluorescenceandRT-PCRresultsshowedweakpositiveSP、NK1-RproteinandmRNAexpressioningroupA,whiletherewasstrongpositiveexp
7、ressioningroupB.Histomorphometryresultsshowedsignificantdifferencebetweenthesetwogroups.However,weakpositiveSP、NK1-RproteinandmRNAexpressionoccurredinbothgroupCandD,alsonosignificantdifferencewasfound.ConclusionObviousanalgesiaeffectivenessoccurredwithincreasedpai
