4、lved．Thispaperstartsfromthequasi—publicgoodscharacterofruralmedicalservice，withintheresearchofthedevelopmentprocessoftheRuralCooperativeMedicalSystemandananalysistotherunningresultoftheexperimentalRuralCooperativeMedicalSysteminChangzhiofShanxiprovince．Itaf
