1、武汉大学硕士学位论文国有商业银行不良贷款处置模式研究姓名：黄辉申请学位级别：硕士专业：金融学指导教师：刘思跃2002.5.1摘要国际上处置商业银行不良贷款的模式可分为两种：一种是外部处置模式，即由政府出资设立专门的机构，如金融资产管理公司等；另一种是内部处置模式，即在银行内部设置的“特殊经营机构”。尽管我国四家金融资产管理公司已完成1．3万亿元不良资产的剥离，但由于剥离规模和条件的限制，仍有大量不良资产留在银行内部。因此，建立我国不良贷款处置模式，必须同时从体制上构建不良贷款的外部和内部处置模式，“双管齐下”才能有效化解不良贷款风险。本文从解读国际处置不良贷款的成功模式入手，从我国信用制

2、度的逆向演进分析不良贷款的成因出发，来分析我国目前不良贷款外部、内部处置模式取得的效果及存在的问题，探讨完善我国不良贷款处置模式的途径和配套．措施。全文共三章，第一章首先指出不良贷款处置模式的涵义，然后介绍世界各国处置模式对我国的启示以及美国的成功经验。第二章主要就我国不良贷款的成因及现状进行了分析，对处置模式进行评价，对存在的问题进行探讨。第三章根据我国不良贷款处置模式存在的问题，提出从外部和内部完善我国不良贷款处置模式豹对策及配套措施。关键词：不良贷款模式处置√人八AbstractTherearctwomodelsofdisposingdefaulted(past-due)comme
