1、Anti-Dilution反稀释条款TheConversionPriceshallbeadjustedonafull-ratchetbasisforissuanceofanysecuritiesoftheCompanyatapurchasepricelessthanthethen-effectiveconversionprice.Additionally,theConversionPriceshallbeproportionallyadjustedforsharesplits,sharedividends,recapitalizationsandthe
