3、resolutionandotherimageprocessingtechnology,doingalotofresearchesinsuper-resolutionrestorationinlicenseplaterecognitionfromalow-resolutionimage,throughanalysisofexistingtheoriesandmethods,hasreceivedthefollowingnewimprovedalgorithm:(1)Thegenerallicenseplateima
4、geexistsimagedegradationphenomenon,afterpretreatmentimagecouldstillbeunabletoidentifyorsubstantiallyreducetherecognitionaccuracy,soitisnecessarytoimprovetheimageresolutioninordertoimprovetheimagequality.Improvementsinimagespatialresolutiondependsprimarilyonsup
5、er-resolutiontechniques,thepaperonthevarioussuper-resolutionmethodswerestudiedandcompared,Presentsamethodbasedonwaveletdomainofsuper-resolutionimprovedalgorithmforimagerestoration.(2)Super-resolutionmethodscangethigh-resolutionimages,throughanalysisofpointsmot
