2、cumstantiae,29(12):2510-2518污泥灰对模拟染料废水的吸附研究*张丽,陈建林,刘龙茂,安凤霞,李娣污染控制与资源化研究国家重点实验室,南京大学环境学院,南京210093收稿日期:2009-03-17修回日期:2009-06-15录用日期:2009-09-09摘要:以南京市江心洲污水处理厂污泥为原料热解制得污泥灰,并将其用于吸附直接耐酸大红4BS和活性艳红K-2BP模拟染料废水.考察了吸附剂投加量、吸附时间、温度和pH值对吸附效果的影响,并对其吸附动力学特征进行了探讨.结果表明,反应温度、吸附时间和吸附剂投加量对吸附效果有影响,而废水pH变
3、化则不会引起脱色率的较大改变.室温下,4BS和K-2BP的最佳污泥投加量分别为3g·L-1、10g·L-1.4BS在最佳反应条件(反应时间为25min,反应温度为40℃)下,脱色率可达93%;K-2BP在最佳反应条件(反应时间为150min,反应温度为40℃)下,脱色率约为73%.关键词:污泥灰;染料废水;吸附量;去除率文章编号:0253-2468(2009)12-2510-09中图分类号:X703文献标识码:ADecolorationofsyntheticdyewastewaterswithsewagesludgeashusedasadsorbent*ZHAN

5、wastewatertreatmentplantsludge,whichwasusedfortheadsorptionofDirectFastScarlet4BSandReactiveBrilliantRedK-2BP.TheinfluencesoftheSSAamount,adsorptiontime,temperatureofwastewaterandpHvalueonadsorptioneffectwerestudied.Theadsorptionkineticswerealsodiscussed.Itwasshownthat,theremovalofdy
6、eswastewaterdependednotonlyonthetemperatureofwastewater,butalsoontheadsorptiontimeandSSAamount.However,thechangeinpHvaluewassomewhatlesseffective.Atroomtemperature,theoptimalSSAamountfortheadsorptionof4BSandK-2BPwas3g·L-1and10g·L-1,respectively.Andthebestoperationconditionswerefoundt
