3、emaretwokeytechnologiestorealizehigh—speedmachining.Howtoutilizemagnetictechnologytoimprovemachiningspeedandprecisionisaquestiontobesolved.Inthethesis,withtheresearchobjectofMag-Levfeedingstagefurmachinetool,asystematicschemeisproposedandatestsamplemachineisdesignedandmade.Meanwhile,inthe
4、thesis,dynamicperformanceofMag-Levfeedingstageformachinetoo]isresearched,andcriticalfrequencycharacteristicsofthesystemanditscorrespondingvibrantmodeareanalyzed.Therefore,thisthesisprovidesatheoreticalbasisforpracticalapplication.Atfirst,thethesisanalyzestheStroctUre,operationalprinciple,
