1、AbstractItisgreatsignificantinChinatowidentheapplicationsofEPCgeneralcontractingmodeinthehydropowerengineeringforpromotingtheconstructionmanagementlevel，speedingupthetendencyofinternationalprojectmanagementdevelopmentandimprovingourhydropowerenterprises’internationalcompetitiveness．China

2、isinthegoldenperiodofhydropowerdevelopment，andalotofhydropowerprojectswhichmeetgeneralcontractingaregoingtobeconstructed．Therefore，itismeaningfulforthestudytoimprovethemanagementlevelofEPCgeneralcontractinginhydropowerproject，andwidentheapplicationsofthemodeinboththeoryandpractice．Summar

3、ily,themainachievementsofthisthesisarelistedasfollowing：(1)BasedontheanalysisofconstructionproceduresofEPCinhydropowerproject，anEPCmanagementmodeisintroducedinwhichgeneralcontractorisaninvestigationanddesigninstitute．ThenecessityandadvantagesofEPCgeneralcontractinginhydropowerprojectwith

4、design—ledareanalyzed，consideringthetendencyofdesign—buildintegration．TheEPCprojectmanagementorganizationstructureinhydropowerengineeringisdesigned，andthemanagementcontentandtasksofgeneralcontractorandowneraredisplayedrespectively．ThentherelationshipbetweensupervisionsystemundertheEPCmod

5、eandtheoneasstatedinthecorrelativelawisanalyzed．So，itisaninnovationstudyonapplicationofgeneralcontractingtheoryinhydropowerproject．一(2)Undertheconditionsofownercompleteandincompletedetectabilityonprojectquality,agamemodelwithscheduleincentiveandqualitycontrolisbuiltrespectivelybyusingthe
