3、abledatatransmission,andthepacketlossandthebiterrorareliabletoOccuratthemomentofdeliveringvideostreamingoverthesenetworks.Thelowbit—ratevideostreamcompressedbymotioncompensatedhybridcodecsisextremelyvulnerableagainsttransmissionerrors.Howtoimproveerrorresilienceoftherequiredinformationin
4、video,isbecomeoneoftheurgenttechnologiesofthecurrentvideofield.ThepaperfirstintroducesthemaincontentofH.264encodingtechnologywhichiscloselyrelatedtothethesis,thenanalyzestheratedistortionalgorithmmodelandRDOmethodinJMtestmodel.Facedetectiontechnologyinvideoisresearched,Combiningwithmotio
5、nvectorofvideoencoding,interframecorrelation,face·featureandframedifference,weproposeafacedetectionalgorithmbasedonvideosequencewhichcandetectfacefastandexactly.TheproposedalgorithmcandetectthepositionoffaceregioneffectivelyandremedythefaceregionwhichisfalsejudgedandmissedjudgedinAdaBoos
