3、controlwork.However,whetherintheoreticalorpracticalaspect,thereareseveraldrawbacksinexistingdesignqualitycontrolmethods.Sometheoriesofdesignqualitycontrolarenotcloselylinkedwithqualitymanagementsystem,andsomelackfartherstudy,especiallyinformationtechnologyisappliedrarely.Aimingattheseproblems
4、,thisthesisstudiesdeeplyonmethodsofdesignqualitycontrol,establishesamodelofdesignqualitycontrol,studiesDesignQualityControlSystem(DQCS)andintegratemeasuresofdesignqualityassuranceintoprocessofdesign.Firstly,basedonresearchofproductdesignprocessandcombinedwithmodernQualityDesignTechnology,Qual
5、ityAnalysisMethodsandQualityAssuranceMeasures,thisthesisputsforwardageneralthoughtfordesignqualitycontrol,andestablishesamodel.Secondly,accordingtothemodelofdesignqualitycontrol,theauthorresearchesDQCS.OnthebasisofsystemrequirementandintegratedapplicationofPDM,systemfunctionstructureisbuiltup
6、anddevelopmentmode&environmentischosen.Thirdly,thisthesismakesanemphasisonthekeytechnologies,i.e.designqualitycontrolplanning,designqualityauditandqualitybottleneckcontrol.Thispaperfirstbringsforwardandstudiesmathematicsmethodsforsettinguppointofaudit.Finally,thisthesisintroducessystemdevelop
