3、asfollows.Firstly,thedissertationexplainsthenecessityoffoulingmonitoringandfoulingcleaningbyinvestigatingthecauseoffoulingaccumulationandtheinfluenceonheattransferperformanceofcondenser,andanalyzestheadvantageanddisadvantageoftheordinaryfoulingmeasurementandcleaningmethods.Then,basicideaandmai
4、nmethodsofintelligenttechnologyareintroducedandaconclusionismade,whichdemonstratestheapplicationofintelligenttechnologyinfoulingmeasurementandcontrolisaneffectivewayforimprovingtheheattransferperformanceofcondenser.Anovelstrategywhichcombineshighpressurewatercleaningwithchemicalcleaningispropo
5、sedinthisdissertation.Basedonthestrategy,acleaningsystemisdevelopedandthedetailofthecontrolsystemisdescribed.Anovelapproachbasedonfeatureselectionandintelligentmodelingforprecisemeasurementoffoulingisproposed.Intheapproach,sensitivitycalculationbasedonBPneuralnetworkiSintroducedtodeterminethem
6、ostsuitablefeaturevariablewhichreflectsthefoulingstate.T-Smodel,multi-RBFNeuralnetworkanddiagonalrecurrentneuralnetworkareemployedtoseparatetheinfluencesofbothfoulingandotherfactors,suchasoff-designconditiononfeaturevariable.Basedonit,anexperimentalsystemisdevelopedandexperimentonallactualcond
