6、quenchedandtemperedcondition.Theresponseofthemouldtodefects(forexample,microcracksduetoimproperweldbeddeposition)andstressesduringservicedependsonsteelproperties,thatinturndependupontheheattreatmentandthemicrostructure.Apointwisedeterminationofthetensile,CharpyV-notched,f
7、racturetoughnessandrotatingbendingfatiguepropertieswascarriedoutinalargeblock.Highcyclefatiguewasinvestigatedbythestair-casemethod.Thesampleswereobtainedfromdifferentdepthsoftheblooms.Therelationshipbetweenmechanicalproperties,fracturesurfacesmorphologyandmicrostructurewa
