1、华北电力大学科技学院本科毕业设计(论文)安徽某啤酒厂废水处理厂工艺设计摘要本设计是在安徽省宿州市的水文地质、受纳水体水质资料、人口分布和气象条件分析后,进行的一整套污水处理厂的设计。其中,对进水水质、出水水质进行分析,以SBR法为主体的处理工艺流程的选择给予说明,对具体污水及污泥构筑物结构进行了详细计算。在设计中:1)严格执行环境保护的各项规定,确保经处理后污水的排放水质达到环保局有关规定;2)采用先进、可靠、简单的工艺使先进性和可靠性有机结合;3)采用目前国内成熟的先进技术,尽量降低工程投资和运行费用;4)平面布置和工程设计时,布局力求合理通畅,尽量节
2、省占地;5)废水处理站运行和维护管理操作应尽量简单方便。由于该工厂排放量水量不大,可以采用系统简单处理效果好的新型处理工艺—SBR处理工艺,它采用集有机污染物降解与混合液沉淀于一体的反应器,无需设污泥回流设备,不设二沉池,建设费用与运行费用都较低。而且,污泥龄长,污泥沉降性能好,剩余污泥少。为了力求构筑物流程简单而不影响处理效果,在设计中采取粗格栅和提升泵房,细格栅和平流式沉沙池合建一起。关键词:水量;SBR处理工艺;污水处理华北电力大学科技学院本科毕业设计(论文)PROCESSDESIGNOFaBREWERYWASTEWATERTREATMENTPLA
