1、安徽工程大学毕业设计(论文)反应釜冷却器设计摘要本文设计的列管式换热器为四管程固定管板式换热器。固定管板式换热器的优点是:结构简单、紧凑,能承受较高的压力,造价低,管程清洗方便,管子损坏时易于堵管或更换。本文主要进行了换热器的工艺计算、换热器的结构和强度设计。设计的第一部分是工艺计算部分,主要是根据给定的设计条件估算换热面积,从而进行换热器的选型,校核传热系数,计算出实际的换热面积,最后进行压力降和壁温的计算。管壳程压力降经计算满足工艺要求。设计的第二部分则是关于结构和强度的设计,主要是根据已经选定的换热器型式进行设
