2、)。实验结束后6天,PVN微量注射orexin-A组大鼠体重仍显著低于注射前(P<0.05),而人工脑脊液对照组大鼠体重比注射前显著增加(P<0.05);与注射人工脑脊液对照组大鼠比较,PVN微量注射Orexin-A,大鼠肌肉组织、脂肪组织和非脂肪组织均显著降低(P<0.05),但注射orexin-A的大鼠降低更明显。与注射人工脑脊液对照组相比,PVN微量注射orexin-A,大鼠的摄食转化率(摄食量/体重)显著降低(P<0.05)。下丘脑PVN微量注射orexin-A,大鼠水平运动量显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:室旁核orexin-A可通过增加大鼠活动量而产生负能量平衡,体重减轻。硕士研
