3、nsuretheestablishmentandmaintenanceoftheirowncomparativeadvantages.Thepreviousresearchesonlogisticsmanagementmainlyfocusedonhowtorealizetheoptimizationofself-suppliedmode,howtocoordinateandimprovetheserviceandhowtorespondquickly,butignoredthenegativeinfluencesbroughtaboutbyt

4、helifecycleofproductsontheenvironment.Theseproblemsrestrictthefurtherrationaldevelopmentoflogisticsmanagement.In21stcentury,environmentalism-thepracticeconcerningenvironmentalor“green”issuesinasociallyresponsiblemannerremainsanimportantsocialandbusinessissue[2].Reasonsforthi

5、simportanceincludegovernmentregulations,changingofconsumerdemands,andthedevelopmentofinternationalcertificationstandards[3].Althoughenvironmentalissuesshouldbeconsideredinthedesignoflogisticssystems,suchissueshavegenerallynotbeenasignificantconsiderationinthedesignofthesesys

6、tems[4].McKinnondescribedthecurrentresearchesonenvironmentalissuesinlogisticsas“smallbutexpanding”[5].Since1995,theresearchesonenvironmentalissueshaveappearedperiodicallyinthelogisticsliterature[2].Oneofthemostpopularareasforenvironmentalresearchispurchasingrelatedissues[6].
