2、L．1a)在胃癌患者体内的表达水平，并分析二者在胃癌中的表达是否存在相关性。方法：本研究选取通辽市医院胃癌患者30例、慢性胃炎患者30例及健康体检患者30例，采用酶联免疫吸附ELISA实验法检测HGF与IL．10【表达及相关性。结果：胃癌组IL．1Q表达量为17．19士4．89pg／ml，高于慢性胃炎组和正常对照者；胃癌组HGF表达量为691．10士183．85pg／ml，表达水平同样高于慢性胃炎组和正常对照组。结论：胃癌组HGF与IL．1c【表达水平比慢性胃炎组及正常对照组有显著升高，并且二者表达量呈『F相关。因此，IL．10
