2、年心月April，2013人员，而处于社会下层的苦力等体力型雇佣人员称得上城镇中最为贫穷的劳动者。第四部分，分析了江南市镇雇佣群体的影响。从市镇经济方面来看，雇佣群体对江南市镇经济的发展具有积极地推动作用，在江南市镇的发展过程中是一股不容忽视的力量。从社会生活方面来看，雇佣群体的活动对市镇的社会关系和人口结构的调整产生了重要的影响。通过对江南市镇雇佣群体的分析，我们可以看出，明清时期江南市镇经济的发展极具活力，市镇的经济辐射能力在不断扩大。雇佣群体地域来源和组成成份的复杂化，体现了市镇社会的开放性和包容性。市
