1、摘要自从1978年我国实行改革开放以来，我国的经济发展取得了令世界刮目相看的成绩，这个过程中中小企业发挥了巨大的积极作用。但是，中小：企业的融资问题一直是制约其发展的重要因素，尤其是在2008年金融海啸席卷我国之后，我国的中小企业面临了巨大的考验，大部分中小企业资金链面临断裂，财务压力十分巨大，有些企业濒临倒闭。融资租赁作为一种“融资”与“融物”相结合的新型融资方式，在西方发达国家已经成为一个非常重要的金融工具，更重要的是它还帮助西方中小企业解决了困扰他们很久的融资难问题。但是，融资租赁在我国却一直没有得到足够的重视。我国的融资租赁业

2、发展己有近30年的历史，但是到目前为止还是没有对支持中小企业发展做出应有贡献，还存在着没有引起中小企业家重视、法律法规不完善、信用担保机构不健全、监管混乱等问题。本文详细介绍了融资租赁的定义与特征，解释了为什么融资租赁目前在我国没有发挥出它应有的作用，揭示了在我国中小．企业中大力发展融资租赁的优势，详细介绍了我国融资租赁业的发展历史与现状，提出了我国中小企业融资租赁发展存在的问题，文章最后针对中小企业融资租赁存在的问题提出了相应的对策建议。主题词：中小企业；融资；融资租赁；融资租赁模式；AbstractAbstractSince197
