4、casegroupwithwhitematterlesionswhocamefromAffiliateHospitalofGuiyangMedicalCollegeneurologyclinicandcompletedheadMRI(T1WIT2WI)MRA,DWIandSWIwhichcanaccordtotheinclusionstandardandexclusionstandardfromMarchof2013toAprilof2015,agedfrom34to88yearsold,female91cases,male
5、45cases.Theyweredividedinto4groupsbytheFazekasmethod:thefirstgroup33cases,thesecondgroup48cases,thethirdgroup35cases,thefourthgroup20cases.Atthesametimetheresearchercollected29casesofcontrolgroupthatmustbenormalwithMRI(T1WIT2WI)MRA,DWIandSWI,agedfrom10to72yearsold,
6、female19cases,male10cases.Ianalysedwhitematterlesionsandcerebralmicrobleedsofexperimentalgroupandcontrolgroupwithcerebrovasculardiseaseinfluences2throughSPSS18.0softwareχtest,independent-sampleTtestandLogistictesttoexaminewhethertherewerestatisticalsignificancesand
7、relationsips,toknowrelationwithdifferentdegreesofwhitematterlesionsandcerebralmicrobleedsandknowthecommonpositionofcerebralmicrobleeds.Results:Therearedifferences(P<0.05)betweenwhitematterlesionsofcontrolgroupandexperimentalgroupwithhypertension,age,diastolicandsys
