1、地龙、乌梢蛇对系膜增生性肾炎大鼠诱导型一氧化氮合酶、内皮素一1表达的影晌摘要目的:观察地龙、乌梢蛇对系膜增生性肾炎(MsPGN)大鼠诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)、内皮素一1(ET一1)表达的影响,探讨其治疗作用及可能的作用机制。方法:选用清洁级Wistar雄性大鼠60只,适应性喂养l周后,随机选取9只设为对照组,剩余51只采用改良慢性血清病法制备系膜增生性肾炎大鼠模型,于实验造模第5w末测定各组大鼠24h尿蛋白的含量。验证模型成功后将大鼠随机分为模型组、地龙低剂量组、地龙高剂量组、乌梢蛇低剂量组、乌梢蛇高剂量组。按照临床患者用药标准分为高、低两个剂量,生药含量
