1、HKD640微型客车设计(后驱动桥与后悬设计)摘要本次设计为微型客车后驱动桥、后悬架总成设计。驱动桥是汽车传动系主要总成之一,具有承载车身和驱动汽车的功用。后悬架也是汽车重要的总成之一,悬架的结构形式和性能参数直接对汽车行驶平顺性、操纵稳定性和舒适性有很大的影响。根据整车布置的特点和现有的生产水平,为降低成本,使该车具有良好的燃油经济性,操纵性和舒适性的特点,决定采用以下形式:主减速器为双曲面齿轮传动的单级主减速器;差速器为普通对称式圆锥齿轮差速器;半轴的形式为半浮式半轴;驱动桥壳为焊接整体式桥
2、壳。作为非断开式驱动桥,其后悬架应为非独立悬架与之匹配,选择弹性元件为对称式钢板弹簧,减振器为液力筒双向作用式该设计的整体特点是:结构简单紧凑,制造工艺性好,调整维修方便,成本低廉。在说明书的计算部分,说明了主要参数选择的依据,对主减速器,差速器,半轴,驱动桥壳和钢板弹簧进行了尺寸和强度计算。此外,还计算了主减速器支撑轴承的寿命。本文提供了关于以上计算的详细计算依据、步骤和计算数据。关键词:驱动桥,悬架,主减速器,差速器,钢板弹簧,双曲面齿轮46HKD640MINIBUSDESIGN(AFTER
