3、ourtypesofdrop-on-demandjetting,thetechnologyofmechanicalneedleisadopted.Dynamicalmodelisbuiltbasedonthistypeofdrop-on-demandjetting,andinordertodesignthejettingdispenser,thispaperdeducesthenecessaryconditionfordrop-on-demandjetting.Basedonthetheoreticalresearchin
4、drop-on-demandjettingandcombinedwithpiezoelectricactuationtheory,thispapercompletesthephysicaldesignforamplicationmechanism、needle、nozzleandsoon.Anon-contactanddrop-on-demandJettingdispenseractuatedbypiezoelectricactuationismanufactured.Ithaslaidacertainfoundation
5、fortheflowmodelinganalysisinnozzlewithFluent.Governingequationsaresetupforaviscousandimcompressiblelaminarflowthroughthinorificebasedonfluiddynamicsafterthephysicaldesignforthejettingdispenser.ChangesofliquidsurfaceinambientairaretrackingbymeansofVolumeofFluidmeth
6、od(VOF)whichisamodelineulerianmethod.Inthispaper,simulationandanalysishavebeenmadeontheproceduresthatneedlemovementdowntopedestalwithliquidflowsthroughjettingnozzleandtheformationofadropletwhichprovideareferenceofoptimizationforthephysicaldesignforthejettingdispen
