2、ngdispenserwhichisdrivenbypiezoceramicmaterial,highprecisionandwiderangeviscositycompatibilityareproposedbythisdevice.Consideringtheeffectof3Dprintingforceondrop-on-demandjetting,thispaperanalysesthetheoryofdrop-on-demandjetting,throughcontrastandcomparefourtypesofdrop-on-

3、demandjetting,thetechnologyofmechanicalneedleisadopted.Dynamicalmodelisbuiltbasedonthistypeofdrop-on-demandjetting,andinordertodesignthejettingdispenser,thispaperdeducesthenecessaryconditionfordrop-on-demandjetting.Basedonthetheoreticalresearchindrop-on-demandjettingandcom

4、binedwithpiezoelectricactuationtheory,thispapercompletesthephysicaldesignforamplicationmechanism、needle、nozzleandsoon.Anon-contactanddrop-on-demandJettingdispenseractuatedbypiezoelectricactuationismanufactured.Ithaslaidacertainfoundationfortheflowmodelinganalysisinnozzlewi

5、thFluent.Governingequationsaresetupforaviscousandimcompressiblelaminarflowthroughthinorificebasedonfluiddynamicsafterthephysicaldesignforthejettingdispenser.ChangesofliquidsurfaceinambientairaretrackingbymeansofVolumeofFluidmethod(VOF)whichisamodelineulerianmethod.Inthispa

6、per,simulationandanalysishavebeenmadeontheproceduresthatneedlemovementdowntopedestalwithliquidflowsthroughjettingnozzleandtheformationofadropletwhichprovideareferenceofoptimizationforthephysicaldesignforthejettingdispenserandprovidesomerelatedguidanceinexperimentsconcernin
