2、lattitudeduringaperiodoftimeortowardsaparticulartopic，classifyingtheemotionscontaininWeiboeffectivelyhasgreatcommercialvalueandsocialvalue．Itnotonlyallowsbusinessmentoobtainusers’viewsinstantly,butalsoallowsgovernmentdepartmentstokeepabreastofsocialdynamics，listentothevoiceofthepeople，whichhasago
