3、4stainlesssteelultrathinplateof201上m,50rtm,1001xm,2001maand400profivedifferentthickness,analyzedthemechanicalpropertiesandsizeeffectthroughuniaxialtensiletest;gottheanisotropicofdifferentthicknessofthinplatespecimenthroughanisotropictest;throughuniaxialtensiletest,an
4、alysisof304stainlesssteelthinplatemechanicalpropertyandsizeeffect;establishedthefiniteelementmodelofthinplatespecimenswithdifferentthicknessandtheforminglimitpredictioncurve;obtainedthepositiveornegativeeffectaccordingtotheassessmentresultstocalculateparametersofmicr
5、odeepdrawingprocessbythesimilarityprincipleofthinplateinmicroscale.Thetensiletestandanisotropictestresultsshowthat,forthe304ultrathinstainlesssteelsheetwithdifferentthickness,withspecimenthicknessdecreasing,itemergedmechanicalpropertiessizeeffect;mechanicalproperties
6、sizeeffectofultrathinplatewithdifferentwidthwasnotobvious.Tensilememberappearedraptureindifferentwayswiththechangeofthesamplewidthandthickness,andthestretchformingpropertieswasrelatedtothesmalleroneofthewidthandthickness;theanisotropicdegreeenhancedwithultraminplatet
7、hicknessdecreasing.Finiteelementpredictionofforminglimitpredictionshowthat,theforminglimitofletthalfareabasedonthemethodofmaximumloadandtheforminglimitofrighthalfareabasedstrainpathmethodwereconsistentwiththeexperimentalresults,SOusingcomprehensivejudgmentmethodasthe
