1、摘要针对油田用采油设备的故障智能诊断和数据远程传输的要求,设计开发了一套具备智能故障诊断功能的远程监控系统,为有杆泵抽油系统的连续运行和故障处理以及日常管理提供了保障。首先本文根据系统应用的地理环境和气候的实际情况,同时根据系统设计的原则和设计思路,详细地介绍和分析了系统的功能需求、整体方案设计、功能模块设置.其次讨论了系统的井I:1检测子系统和信息处理中心站子系统的的设计、远程监控系统实现技术.根据实现功能进行硬件设计和软件设计,包括传感器、PLC、信号传输、工控机等。通过无线数传电台,将油井采油机械数据信号预处理后传输到信息处理中心站的工控机上,将工
2、作状态,故障信息和解决方案显示出来,用户根据解决方案调整参数或通知作业队到现场修井、检泵等作业.最后讨论了系统的信号处理和分析方法,通过LABVIEW软件仿真,得出仿真结果.对抽油机及油井的各种状态参数进行实时监测,实现运行参数远传,发现故障及时报警,减小故障带来的损失,具有重要的现实意义。关键词:有杆泵抽油系统;智能故障诊断;传感器;远程监控;IIABSTRACTFacingtherequirementsofintelligentdiagnosisforoilfieldequipmentandcorrespondingremotesignaltrans
