4、rinciplesofhumanresourcemanagementandthespecialnatureofthetravelagencyhumanresourcesmanagement,thearticlefromfiveaspectsofhumanresourceplanning,recruitment,training,liquiditymanagementandcompensationmanagementputforwardsomecomprehensivemeasurestosolvetheseproblemsthatcanbe

5、takeninhumanresourcemanagementinthefuture.Travelagenciesshoulddevelopscientificandrationalhumanresourceplanningbyearlyinformationgatheringanddemandforecasts;makefulluseofinternalrecruitment,campusrecruitment,socialrecruitingandprofessionalbodiestoselectandemployemployeesfo
