2、e,astheamountofreductionisgreaterthan40%,themiddlelayeroofaluminumappearedlocalizedneckingphenomenon,Iftemperatureof450Candreductionreachedto40%,thetensilemechanicalpropertiesofthesheetisbest,thetensilestrengthis521MPa,elongationis15.9%,theMg/AlandAl/T
3、iinterfacebondingstrengthare55.2MPa,68.5MParespectively.Withtheincreaseofannealingtemperature,thestrengthofthesheetdecreasedooslightly,whiletheelongationat200Cto300Cgraduallyincreased,decreasedfromoo300Cto400C,usingtheXRDtechniquestoanalysis,wefindthat
4、theannealingotemperatureis200C,theMg/Alinterfacedoesnotproduceintermetalliccompounds,otheannealingtemperaturewas300C,Mg/AlinterfacewillappearAl3Mg2ofthebrittleointermetalliccompound,withariseoftemperatureat400C,theinterfacewillappearalargenumberofbritt
5、leintermetalliccompounds,suchasAll3Mg2,Al12Mg17,Mg2Si.ousingEDSanalysismethod,wefindthattheannealingtemperatureis400C,theothicknessoftheinterfaciallayerisincreasedto59.8μm.Afterannealingat400Cand1h,thefractureofAlandTilayerhavealargenumberofdimples,the
6、fracturemodewasductilefracture.ThefracturemorphologyofMglayeriscomposedofcleavagelikeriver,itisbrittlefracture.Ascanbeseenfromthechart,betweenAlandMgfindthemixedfracturephenomenon,ThefracturemorphologyoftheMg/Alinterfaceincludedbothcharacteristicsofduc
7、tilefractureandbrittlefracturecharacteristics.EmergenceofdimplesintheAllayer,buttherewasabrittlefractureneartheinterface,theMglayerappearedobviouscleavagefracturecharacteristics.Basedontheaboveanalysis,themagnesiumaluminumtitaniumlaminatedsheetshouldch
