3、ageprocessingprograms,thisexperimentsimulatederosioneffectsofwiresurfacestateinvariousparticlesizes,windenvironmental.Beforetheexperiment,UsingFluentsoftware,theflowfieldofwindtunnelexperimentalsectionandpressurecontouraroundthecablewassimulatedinfourdiffere
4、ntangles.Theresultsshowthat:themaximμmpressurearoundthecablewasappearedinthewindwardside,themaximμmnegativepressurewasappearedintheregionwhichtheanglewerenearly45-degreefromleewardside;Intheleewardsideitwillformtwosymmetricalvortex.Then,throughthephysicalsim
5、ulationexperiment,Theresultsshowthat:undertheconditionof30°attackangle,thewiresurfaceerosionismoreserious;trendsofthesurfaceroughnesscurvearebasicallythesame.Itcanbedividedintotwostages:thefastrisingstageandstablestage.Aftererosionsurfaceroughnessaremostlyva
6、riedin6~12μm.ByusingLS-DYNAsoftware,theimpactprocessofsingleparticleoncablesurfacewassimulatedundertheconditionofdifferentanglesandparticlesize.Theresultsshowthat:maximμmimpactforceof0.25mmsandparticlesizewas0.372MPa;maximμmimpactforceof0.5mmwas0.372MPa;Surf
7、acestressunder30°attackangleissmallerbutthestresswastangentialdirection,theimpactofstressareaislargerthantheformermethod.Withthehelpofscanningelectronmicroscope,surfacemorphologyaftertheerosioncanbeobserved.Whentheattackangleis90°wiresurfaceappearsirregulare
