1、华中师范大学硕士学位论文溶藻细菌和溶藻粘细菌的分离及溶藻效果研究姓名:王君洁申请学位级别:硕士专业:水生生物学指导教师:赵以军20070501⑨硕士擘位论走MASTERSrHESIS中文摘要富营养化导致的有害藻类水华的爆发已成为世界性的环境灾害,蓝藻水华的形成影响了水生态系统的健康发展,也给水产养殖业、供水及旅游业带来极大的危害.其中铜绿微囊藻水华的危害最为严重。溶藻细菌作为水华生物防治的可能途径,已经引起了国内外不少学者的关注。本实验从武汉发生过“水华”的湖泊——东湖狂欢岛、二渔场和关桥等采样点采集水样,进行溶藻细菌的分离,分离出二十多株溶藻细菌,对其进行了稳定性实验
2、,经过连续传代培养后,从中筛选出了一株高效稳定的溶藻细菌,命名为M4,并对菌株M4进行了16SrDNA序列分析,鉴定为产碱杆菌似lcaligenes)。实验结果表明:该菌株对实验室培养的铜绿微囊藻具有一定的抑制效果,其明显抑藻的闽浓度为3.8×105CFU/mL,这在已知的溶(抑)藻菌中是较低的。本实验还从武汉不同地区采集土样分离粘细菌,从中筛选出⋯株溶藻粘细菌MYl,其对实验室培养的铜绿微囊藻7820有较好的溶藻效果,对野生铜绿微囊藻、铜绿微囊藻7806、铜绿微囊藻DS、织线藻也有一定的溶藻效果。溶藻粘细菌MYl在固体培养基上溶藻较彻底,优于在液体条件下的溶藻效果。关
