6、理、财务管理等部门。机构设置示意图第二节岗职设定根据公司目前实际暂设20个岗位及职务，今后随着公司的发展变化再作相应调整。一、总经理总经理一名。二、行政总监总监(财务主管)一名三、工程管理监理一名采购一名材料管理一名工长一名四、业务管理业务经理一名业务员两名五、设计管理设计总监一名，设计师一名，实习设计N名第二章部门职能及岗位职责第一节部门职能一、行政部监财务部直属总经理室管辖的公司行政管理部门，主要负责公司的人力资源、文书档案、员工考核和办公室管理工作，主要负责公司的财务收支、账目处理、财务核算、编制财务报表
