1、第38卷第7期煤炭学报Vol.38No.72013年7月JOURNALOFCHINACOALSOCIETYJuly2013文章编号:0253-9993(2013)07-1215-05煤矸石骨料混凝土的耐久性试验研究李永靖,邢洋,张旭,闫宣澎(辽宁工程技术大学土木与交通学院,辽宁阜新123000)摘要:为探讨煤矸石骨料混凝土的耐久性,对其两个指标———干燥收缩性能和抗冻性能进行试验研究,重点对煤矸石和普通碎石作为骨料分别制备混凝土试件进行对比分析。干燥收缩性能实验表明:不同水灰比的情况下,煤矸石骨料混凝土的干燥收缩率、质量减少率都比普通碎石混凝土大,这主要由煤矸石骨料的吸水率较大所
2、造成的;无论水灰比多大,两种骨料混凝土的早期干燥收缩率都较大,50d时的干燥收缩率占整个龄期的85%左右,超过120d后逐渐趋于稳定。抗冻性能实验表明:在常用水灰比情况下,煤矸石骨料混凝土的抗冻性能指标能够满足要求;在不同水灰比的情况下,煤矸石骨料混凝土的耐久性指数比普通碎石混凝土低,质量损失率增大,这主要由煤矸石骨料中的孔隙水产生较大的冻胀应力所造成的。试验结果表明,采用煤矸石骨料制备混凝土是可行的,其干燥收缩性能和抗冻性能能够满足规范要求。关键词:煤矸石;混凝土;耐久性;干燥收缩性;抗冻性;冻融循环中图分类号:TU528文献标志码:AExperimentalstudyonth

6、hedryingshrinkageratein50daysaccountsforabout85%ofshrinkageinwholeage,whiletheageislongerthan120days,thedryingshrinkagelengthgradientgraduallybecomesstable.Theothertwofindingswereob-tainedfromthefreezingresistanceexperiment.Withnormalwatercementratio,thefreezingresistanceperformanceoftheconcr
7、etemadeofcoalgangueaggregatecanmeettherequirements.Underdifferentwatercementratios,thedura-bilityindexoftheconcretemadeofcoalgangueaggregatedecreasescomparedwiththatmadeofcommonbrokenstoneaggregate,andthemassreductionrateincreases,wherethemai
