2、equirements.Multi-band,multi-functionwirelessdevicesbecomepopularforscholarsathomeandabroad.Thispaperdescribesbackgroundandstatusofdevelopmentathomeandabroadofthegraphenedevicesandku-bandfrequencyselectivesurface.Thenintroducedthetheoreticalbasisofthispaper.First,westudythegrapheneconductivitymodel
3、,andderiveprinciplesofrecontigurableconductivityofgraphene.Thenstudythemicrostrippatchantennatheory,whichisthetheoreticalbasisfortheTHzgraphenemicrostrippatchantenna.Finall5westudythesplitringresonatortheorywithequivalentcircuitanditsequivalentcircuitofcomplementaryStructure.Thispaperproposesadipol
4、eantennabasedongrapheneanditsantennaarray.Byadjustingtheconductivityofgrapheme,wecanachievereconfigurablefrequencyandachieveanovelTHzantennawhichhasaswitchingcharacteristic.Thegainofgraphenedipolearrayantennacanbeachievedtunable.Thenstudyasinglemicrostrippatchantennabasedongrapheneanditsarrayantenn
5、atoachieveareconfigurablefrequencyandgain.Wealsostudyfractalpatchantennabasedongrapheme.Weusetheimpedancesurfaceofthegraphenegivenbythetheoryofconductivityofgraphemetoresearchongraphenefractalantenna.FinallyweresearchonthegrapheneFSSinmicrowaverangewithusingsurfaceimpedancemethod.Ithasreconfigurabl
