2、relesscommunicationsystemshasbeenputhigherrequirements.Multi-band,multi-functionwirelessdevicesbecomepopularforscholarsathomeandabroad.Thispaperdescribesbackgroundandstatusofdevelopmentathomeandabroadofthegraphenedevicesandku-bandfrequencyselectivesurface.

3、Thenintroducedthetheoreticalbasisofthispaper.First,westudythegrapheneconductivitymodel,andderiveprinciplesofrecontigurableconductivityofgraphene.Thenstudythemicrostrippatchantennatheory,whichisthetheoreticalbasisfortheTHzgraphenemicrostrippatchantenna.Fina

4、ll5westudythesplitringresonatortheorywithequivalentcircuitanditsequivalentcircuitofcomplementaryStructure.Thispaperproposesadipoleantennabasedongrapheneanditsantennaarray.Byadjustingtheconductivityofgrapheme,wecanachievereconfigurablefrequencyandachieveano

5、velTHzantennawhichhasaswitchingcharacteristic.Thegainofgraphenedipolearrayantennacanbeachievedtunable.Thenstudyasinglemicrostrippatchantennabasedongrapheneanditsarrayantennatoachieveareconfigurablefrequencyandgain.Wealsostudyfractalpatchantennabasedongraph

6、eme.Weusetheimpedancesurfaceofthegraphenegivenbythetheoryofconductivityofgraphemetoresearchongraphenefractalantenna.FinallyweresearchonthegrapheneFSSinmicrowaverangewithusingsurfaceimpedancemethod.Ithasreconfigurableabsorptionintensity.ChapterIVshowsfreque

7、ncyselectivesurfaceswithdifferentstructures(FSS)inku-band.Firstwerise@litringresonator(SRR)andcomplementarysplitringresonator(CSRR)tomakeband-stopandband-passfrequencyselectivesurface.Andwestudytheeffectofline-width,dielectricconstant,substratethicknessand
