1、重庆医科大学硕士学位论文P物质及其受体在免疫性慢性非细菌性前列腺炎大鼠脊髓的表达研究姓名:郝丽亚申请学位级别:硕士专业:人体解剖与组织胚胎学指导教师:徐晨201205P物质及其受体在免疫性慢性非细菌性前列腺炎大鼠脊髓的表达研究摘要目的:研究慢性非细菌性前列腺炎大鼠模型不同的造模时段的慢性炎症病理变化、尿动力学改变和L5一S2脊髓背角P物质及其受体NK一1的表达。方法:成年雄性SD大鼠,随机分组。建立免疫性慢性非细菌性前列腺炎大鼠模型,第45d、60d、90d在麻醉状态下行尿动力学检查后灌流固定取材检查,并行血清、前列腺、膀胱和脊髓取材,ELISA法测定大鼠血清和前列腺组织TNF_Q、
2、IL-1B、IL一2和IL—10含量,光镜和电镜观察大鼠前列腺组织形态学变化,用ABC法作L5一S2脊髓P物质及受体NK-1的漂浮免疫组化染色。结果:1.模型组大鼠表现为慢性非细菌性前列腺炎病理学变化。2.与正常对照组相比,45d模型组排泄容积、最大排尿量和顺应性降低,排尿间隔缩短,60d模型组残余容积和最大膀胱压增加,90d模型组排泄容积降低,残余容积和顺应性增加,排尿间隔缩短,差别有显著性。3.各模型组脊髓背角L5-$2SP及NK-1R的含量明显高于对照组,90d脊髓L5一S2SP及L5-S1NK-1R高于其他三组,60d模型组S2脊髓SP、L6脊髓NK—lR和90dS2NK-1
