1、本科毕业设计说明书敏化剂含量对乳化炸药热分解性能的影响SENSITIZERCONTENTINFLUENCEONTHERMALDECOMPOSITIONOFEMULSIONEXPLOSIVE学院(部):专业班级:学生姓名:指导教师:18敏化剂含量对乳化炸药热分解性能的影响摘要炸药的热分解是炸药缓慢化学变化的重要形式,在乳化炸药的乳化过程中,乳化基质温度高达100℃,是乳化炸药的安全生产的隐患之一;因此,研究乳化炸药的热分解对于其安定性、热爆炸以及工艺条件的确定等均有重要意义。膨胀珍珠岩是一种常用的敏化剂,它能为乳化炸药提供有效的热点,本文用差示扫描量热仪(DSC
2、-TGA)测试了相同升温速率下不同含量膨胀珍珠岩的乳化炸药放热分解反应的起始温度和峰顶温度,研究了膨胀珍珠岩对乳化炸药热分解的影响。随着升温速率的增加,炸药起始热分解温度增大;随着升温速率的增加,炸药热分解所达到的峰顶温度也呈增大趋势。DSC峰温与初始分解温度之差,在一定程度上反映热分解加速趋势的大小。差值愈小,加速趋势越大。根据含AL5%,膨胀珍珠岩2%的乳化炸药和AL5%,膨胀珍珠岩3%乳化炸药在不同温度加速速率下得知,在不同加速温度下,含AL5%,膨胀珍珠岩2%的乳化炸药的温差均小于含AL5%,膨胀珍珠岩3%乳化炸药的温差,含AL5%,膨胀珍珠岩3%乳化
