1、陕西中医学院硕士学位论文远志汤水煎剂对小鼠抗焦虑作用的配伍研究姓名:刘亚丽申请学位级别:硕士专业:中医内科学指导教师:李巧兰201204中文摘要lIIIIIIIII111IIIIIIIlY2109810目的:探讨远志汤水煎液对焦虑动物模型是否存在抗焦虑作用,评价远志、菖蒲交互作用及主效应,寻找最佳配比。方法:将90只雄性清洁级小鼠,参照活动度随机分为五组,中药实验组(正交设计共4组,每组18只)和空白对照组18只。按正交原理设计L;(22),两因素为:远志、石菖蒲;两水平:59/kg、39/kg。对实验小鼠连续灌胃21天,给药剂量为20ml/kg,空白对照组给予同量生理盐水,末
