1、提要目的：探讨新血府逐瘀软胶囊对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心病，CHD）患者血瘀征象及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（bFGF）的影响。方法：选取80例中医辨证血瘀证冠心病患者随机分为实验组与对照组，每组40例，对照组予常规西药治疗，实验组在西药治疗的基础上加服新血府逐瘀软胶囊，于服药前及服药4周后，观察两组治疗前后血瘀征象、心绞痛症状计算有效率，并检测血清VEGF、bFGF水平。结果：两组治疗后血瘀征象均较前改善，心绞痛症状较治疗前好转，实验组总有效率高于对照组。两组治疗后VEGF、bFGF水平均明显提
