3、tconsciousness,promoteadministrativeinformationpublicandsharinginthiscity,toprovideinformationserviceforsociety,inaccordancewiththerelevantlawsandregulationsandthesemeasures・Article2thesemeasuresshallbeapplicabletothecollection,storage,statistics,administrstionandanal
4、ysisofenterprises'creditinformationinthemunicipaladministrstiveorgans・Theadministrativeorgansinthismethodincludetheadministrativeorgansatvariouslevelsinthecityandtheorganizationsauthorizedorentrustedtoundertakeadministrativefunctionsinaccordancewiththelaw.Article3thee
5、nterprisecreditinformation"asmentionedinthepresentmeasures,referstotheadministrativeorgansshallperformtheirdutiesaccordingtolawofofallkindsofenterprisesandtheirbusinessactivitiesrelatedtocreditrecord・Theenterprisesreferredtointheprecedingparagraphincludeenterprises,en
6、terprises,othereconomicorganizationsandself-employedbusinessesengagedinbusinessactivitieswithintheadministrativeregionofthemunicipality・Article4themunicipalpeople，sgovernmentsetupthetianjinenterprisecreditinformationsystem(hereinafterreferredtoastheenterprisecreditinf
7、ormationsystem),withtheonlylegalcodeorganizationcodefortheenterprise,throughthecollectionanduseofenterprisecreditinformation,computernetworktoimplementtheadministrativeorganinterconnectionandsharinginformation,providethebasisfortheadministrativemanagementinformationse
