2、ingmethod,bothofwhichgeneratecommandsbyestimatingpotentialtimethatshipsmaytakefromupstreamcontrolsectionanddownstreamcontrolsectionrespectivelytoupstreamlimitmark,wherethecommandsystemassumesthatalltheshipssailthroughthesameroute.However,inpractice,thechoiceofrout
3、esdependsonseveralfactorsincludingwaterlevel,flowrateandshipload,etc,thustheactualsailingtimeandtheestimatedtimemayvarysignificantly,whichseverelyaffectstheaccuracyofthecommandingsystemandreducesthewaterwaytrafficefficiency.Therefore,howtoimprovetheefficiencyandsa
4、ftyofcontrolledriverwaterwayshasimportanttheoreticalandpracticalsignificance.Inthisthesis,LuZhouwaterwayadministration’sShenBeizuisignalstationisusedastheplatformtoexploreabestrouteinlinewithcurrentenvironmentalconditionsfromalargenumberofhistoricalroutesstoredint
5、hedatabase,andfurthermoretostudyasailingtimepredictionalgorithm,andtoimprovetheestimationaccuracyofshipsailingtime,whichcouldenhancetheperformanceofthedevelopedintelligentcommandingsystem.Themaincontributionsoftheworkcanbesummarizedasfollows:①Bycollectingtheshipsi
6、nformationbymakinguseofAISandestablishedthehistorydatabase,analyzedthecollecteddatatohighlightthesailingstrategiesforinlandnavigationvessels.②Proposedasailingtimepredictionalgorithmforcontrolledwaterwayshipbasedontheroutesmatchingwithdetaileddescription.③Intermsof
7、routesfittingmethod,aimingtoachieveafittingshiproute,theleastsquaresmethod,cubicsplineinterpolationandB-splinefittingmethodhavebeenstudied.④Byextractingnavigationfeaturepointoftheroutetobefitted,wedevelopedtheoptimalmatchingroutebyusingequivalencerelationbasedfuzz
