3、ethodbasedontraveltimepredictionisbuilt,andthecontentsofthispaperareasfollows:Firstly,thebasicmethodsandtheoriesoftransitpriorityaresummarized,theresearchideasandframeworksofmethodsoftransitsignalprioritybasedontraveltimepredicationisproposed.Then,theinfluencefact
4、orsoftransittraveltimeisanalyzed,fourtypicalvariablessuchasbusarrivaltime,trafficflow,velocityetc.areselectedastheinputsofartificialneuralnetworkmodelandtheartificialneuralnetworkmodewhichcanpredictthetraveltimeofpublictransitquitewellisputforward.Again,theactivep
5、rioritycontrolstrategybasedontraveltimepredictionisanalyzed,themain-processstreamoftransitsignalprioritycontrolandtheactuatinglogicmodesofsignalcontrollersareestablished.Theselectionofactivestrategiesbasedontravelpredictionisstudiedanditsselectionalgorithmisbuilt.
6、Atlastthebasicparametersofthetimingplanunderactivesignalprioritycontrolareanalyzed,andthetimingoptimizationmodelisestablishedbyanalyzingthechangingofaveragetotaldelayperpersonunderthreedifferentstrategies.Byusingthismodel,theoptimaleffectivenessunderactivepriority
7、controloftheintersectioncanbeachieved,whichmadethepublictransitprioritymorefeasible.Finallythismodelisappliedtoacase.Throughthisstudy,methodsoftransitsignalprioritybasedontraveltimepredicationisproposed,atheoreticalbasisofpromotingtransitsignalpriorityimplementwit
