2、aminergicneuronsinsubstantianigra(SN)thatleadstolossofdopamine(DA)terminalsinthestriatum.Amongallthenon-motorsymptoms,cognitiveimpairmentbecomefocused.TheMildcognitiveimpairment(MCI)isoftenaccompaniedbyPD,evenearlyinthedisease,whichistheriskfactorofParkinson'sdiseasewithdemen
3、tia.ThepurposeofthisstudywastoinvestigatethechangesofgreymatterinParkinson'sdisease(PD)patientswithmildcognitiveimpairment(MCI)usingvoxel-basedmorphometry(VBM).Methods:Totally43PDpatientswereclassifiedusingcognitivetestingasPDwithnormalcognition(singlePD,n=21)andPDwithMCI(PD-
4、MCI,n=22).And20normalcontrols(NC)wereenrolled.T1WIwerederivedusinga3.0TMRscanner.ThedifferencesgreymattervolumeswereevaluatedusingVBM.Inordertoexaminethegraymatterdifferencebetweeneachtwogroups,two-samplet-testwasperformedinSPM8,resultsweredisplayedusingRESTsoftwarewithathresh
5、oldofP<0.05withmultiplecomparisoncorrectedbyFDRmethods.Results:Nosignificantdifferenceswerefoundbetweenthethreegroupsingender,age,height,weightandeducation.ComparedwithNC,PD-MCIexhibitedreducedgreymattervolumeinbilateralfrontalcortex,bilateralcerebellum,therightoccipitallobe,
6、aswellasinlefttemporallobe,posteriorcingulateandthehippocampus(P<0.05,FDRcorrected).PDpatientswithoutMCIshowedlimitedgreymatteratrophyinthelefttemporalandfrontal3第三军医大学硕士学位论文cortex(P<0.05,FDRcorrected).ComparedtoPDpatientswithoutMCI,areasofgreymatterintheleftmiddletemporalgyr
