1、提要目的：探讨中药理气活血方对不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及其作用机制。方法：从山东中医药大学附属医院急诊科病房和门诊收集符合冠心病不稳定型心绞痛诊断标准的患者，将这60例患者，按照随机分组的原则，分为2组。对照组30例，给予常规西药治疗；治疗组30例，在常规西药治疗的基础上加服理气活血方，一日一剂，早晚两次分服，4周后进行临床疗效评定。分别于治疗前后行心电图及血、尿、大便常规，血流变，血脂以及肝、肾功能等实验室检查，对治疗前后患者的临床症状、体征、心电图及血脂等进行综合分析，从而评判其疗效和安全性。结果：治疗4周
