1、提要目的：临床观察二陈汤合三子养亲汤加减对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）急性加重期痰湿蕴肺证患者临床症状、体征、肺功能、动脉血气分析的影响，客观评价慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期从痰湿论治的安全性及有效性，为中医药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)痰湿蕴肺证提供一定的临床理论依据。方法：临床选择符合纳入标准者60例，随机分为治疗组（30例）与对照组（30例），对照组予以现代医学常规治疗，治疗组在现代医学常规治疗基础上予口服二陈汤合三子养亲汤加味。疗程为2周，每周随访一次，观察并记录患者症状与体征，及治疗前后检测动脉血气分析以及肺功能。结果：临床研究显示：治疗组总有效

2、率为93.30%，对照组总有效率为76.60%，两组相比，具有显著性差异(P<0.01)，治疗组的总疗效明显优于对照组。结论：二陈汤合三子养亲汤加减能够显著改善COPD急性加重期痰湿蕴肺证患者的临床症状和体征，改善患者PaO2、PaCO2，改善肺通气功能，二陈汤合三子养亲汤加减是治疗AECOPD的有效方剂。关键词慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期；痰湿蕴肺证；二陈汤合三子养亲汤加减；临床研究2FromphlegmywettreatmentofchronicobstructivepulmonarydiseaseDiseaseofacuteexacerbationofclinical
