1、摘要中文摘要在当今构建社会主义和谐社会的大背景下，社会经济政治文化各方面都取得令人瞩目的成就，但在这些发展过程中也存在着一些不和谐的因素，不但危害社会的发展，而且已经成为阻碍社会发展的绊脚石。腐败即是当前中国乃至全世界急需解决的不和谐因素之一。要恰当解决困扰世人已久的腐败问题，就必须要以正确的世界观和方法论为指导，特别是要认真研究和探讨关于反腐倡廉建设的理论。因此，从哲学的角度出发探寻腐败和廉政的辩证关系及其解决之道，具有深远的历史意义和重要的现实意义本文在借鉴、概括前人研究成果的基础上，围绕反腐倡廉建设这一命题展开，通过对建党以来我国反腐倡廉工作的历史总结，分析我党反腐倡廉过程中取得的成

2、就和存在的问题，并结合时代背景与现实国情，探讨反腐倡廉中存在问题的成因，在总结历史经验和借鉴他山之石的基础上，从哲学方法高度提出加强反腐倡廉建设的基本思路。其主要内容包括四个方面：第一，结合我国所处的国际环境和政治背景，归纳反腐倡廉建设的历史进程。第二，系统分析我国反腐倡廉建设所取得的成就和存在的问题。第三，从哲学的角度反思反腐倡廉建设中所存在的问题。第四，坚持唯物辩证法和唯物史观，结合中国国情，探求我国新时期反腐倡廉建设的基本思路。关键词：反腐倡廉建设成因分析哲学思考福建师范大学硕士学位论文ⅡAbstraetUnderthebackgroundofconstructingthesocia
