2、别是在对此类违反犯罪行为的量刑方而存在缺陷，法律法规的不完善岂接导致我国法律公信力的降低，这对于我国建设法制社会有着极大的负而影响。任何法律的量刑都是有章可循，必须遵守一定的原则，不难发现我国量刑原则越來越合理化，通过对国外优秀经验的学习和引进，量刑制度也得到长足发展。本文以贪污受贿罪为出发点，通过当下对贪污受贿罪量刑标准存在的弊端，探讨如何建立完善的贪污受贿量刑标准，旨在说明贪污受贿罪量刑标准规范化和合理化是非常有必要的，在现实牛活中指导法律实践。关键词：贪污受贿罪；量刑标准；指导实践Abstractthe21stce
